Oct 29, 2021 · Yes indeed, plan is active, and the $35 add-on was added on top of that. The international roaming add-on is specific about having the SIM card starting with 8901-410. Mine does not start with that, however I do have one of the newer SIMs as per ATT store associate. It depends on where you are. Roaming is not covered everywhere in the world on AT&t prepaid. There are limited countries in Europe and in the Caribbean. And of course Mexico and Canada are included for free on the 8 gig and more plans. As for activating the plan you have to purchase the $35 plan and then just turn roaming on your phone.
