Kadala doesn’t give Ramaladni’s Gift. You’ll just have to kill monsters and hope it drops. The best way I’ve found to get them is to simply do GRs. They drop the most legendaries in the least amount of time, which maximizes the number of rolls you get at trying to see Ramaladni’s drop.. Atandt fraud prevention
