From there make sure you use Google contacts and Google calendars and set them to your default app. The standard contacts and calendars app that come with the phone have sync issues with the Outlook app. I currently set this for all my android users. Samsung Email is great because you can setup signatures with formatting per account, you can have different Sync options for your accounts and could switch off emails reminders for some during weekends. FYI, when you add your Google account to Windows via Mail, it also adds your Google Calendar and Contacts. Maybe you should turn off everything that says "Smart Features" or "Personalized" in gmail account settings. Well, they used to look like just another email, not giant ads like now.
